A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required to confirm a reservation, if booking 90 days or more from the arrival date. A reservation is not done until the deposit payment has been received. A confirmed reservation obligates both of us at Vieques Beach House and the guest for the entire length of stay reserved. Deposits are not transferable to another date but we do not have a problem in receiving a friend in your place. The balance of the reservation is due four weeks prior to your arrival date.

A reservation confirmation will be emailed or mailed back to you with a confirmation number once the deposit payment has been received.

If we are notified of a cancellation at least 4 weeks ahead of arrival date, and the house can be rented to another party for your time period, the deposit will be refunded less the 15% cancellation fee. In the event of a late cancellation and the house can not be re-booked, the deposit will not be refunded.We suggest individuals with health conditions purchase Trip Insurance.

To protect ourselves in cases of extreme property abuse, we require a  contract that will be signed by the guest on arrival or a money order for $250. In case of minimal or no damage, the credit card slip or money order will be returned to the guest.

If the guest decides to leave early, he/she is still responsible for the remaining days of the reservation.

Reservation requests for a minimum stay of five nights in high season and three nights in low season are accepted. Shorter stays might become available, call us.

We take reservations online with Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  You can also mail the online reservation form with a money order but we can not hold the unconfirmed reservation for more than 7 days. Personal checks must be received 60 days prior to arrival. Your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit payment is received.
Also, on credit card reservations, there will be an additional 3% surcharge added to your final bill.
